Bravo Fit Goal: they would like any role to be able to chat private chat with any other role, either, one-on-one or in small groups, outside of their own location.

Ideally, they would like this to be a setting based on position and not necessarily a company configuration where it is either all or nothing.

Problem: for example, even though the roles are set up to be able to private chat with each other, the Managers and AMs are not affiliated at every location, so they can't chat with each other or anyone outside of their affiliated locations.
